By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
• All appointments are subject to doctor availability and confirmation.
• Payment for consultation must be completed as per the selected slot's pricing.
• We act as a facilitator; the medical service is provided directly by the healthcare professional.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment time may be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may incur a fee or forfeiture of the consultation amount.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information (Name, Contact, and Patient Details). Misuse of the platform or providing fraudulent information will lead to immediate account suspension.
